MAINTENANCE & REPAIRS
The Landlord is responsible for maintenance of all public and common areas of the building, including elevator lobbies, stairwells, elevators, corridors and restrooms, as well as all exterior windows, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. The Landlord will also maintain building standard items such as the air conditioning (HVAC) system, lights and exterior windows within your offices. Should maintenance-related problems arise, please call Property Management at 770-859-1250 to request assistance.
The Tenant is responsible for the cost of maintenance or repair to all finishes and to any non-standard fixture or equipment within the Tenant's premises. Repairs to these items will be handled on a case-by-case basis and at a charge to the tenant. Requests for maintenance and repairs of these items can be made by calling Property Management at 770-859-1250. Please be sure to have this work order approved by your Office Manager or Supervisor if this approval is necessary within your company or division since repairs of this nature are a billable expense and will be charged to the tenant making the request.
