For your protection, building entrances are locked outside of normal business hours and anyone wishing to enter the building must have a valid access card or prior authorization from Property Management.
The access control system consists of card readers and alarm points monitoring certain critical doors throughout the complex. To provide convenient passage to tenants outside of normal business hours, access card readers are located at the primary entrances of each Galleria building and in elevator lobbies.
Access cards are issued by Galleria Security based on information provided by your company. The initial order of access cards will be issued to each tenant at no charge. The cost for any additional or replacement cards issued after that time will be billed back to the tenant. It is imperative that lost or stolen cards are reported immediately to Galleria Security so they can be deactivated. Please download the attached Access Card Assignment form.
